Stephan DeGroat
I was born and raised in The Hudson Valley. After attending OCCC with a degree in liberal arts, I started in the construction world as a cabinet builder. From there, 32 years as a residential renovator. I have built many new homes throughout Orange County NY. For an additional 6 years, I served as a Facilities Director for over 50 locations in NYC. I have also served as a construction manager for many commercial and residential properties in NYC, and the surrounding areas. I came to Habitat Newburgh to accomplish my best for a deserving community. It is fabulous seeing worthy people own their own home! It is an honor serving this organization.
