Stephen Sosler
Steve Sosler is a huge asset to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh's Board, bringing to the organization his years of construction and business experience as well as his fundraising knowledge to help us advance our mission in Newburgh. Steve and his wife have been supporters of Habitat in Newburgh for a while, but in the past year, having found Habitat community welcoming, Steve has gotten even more involved, joining the Gala committee and the Habitat Board, and now taking on the leadership of the Fund Development Committee. His background is interesting and varied, from roles in construction and business development to college advancement and basketball coaching. Steve also wants to share Habitat’s work and role in the community with 11-year old son, Carmelo, to show him what it means to be involved and to give back.
An interesting side note: Steve leaves nothing to chance. On important occasions or big days, Steve always carries or wears a lucky item!
