The Build Beyond Today Campaign is Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh’s strategic response to rising housing costs, limited inventory, and growing demand for affordable homeownership.
This plan reflects our vision for the future and our commitment to expanding affordable homeownership by strengthening our organization and increasing our impact throughout the communities we serve. It is the result of thoughtful collaboration among our Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, partners, and supporters who share our belief that everyone deserves a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home.
Over the next five years, our team will focus on growing our housing production by investing in innovative solutions and by building stronger community partnerships. As the need for affordable housing continues to grow so will our determination to meet that need with purpose, innovation, and collaboration. With this plan we will ensure that Habitat remains a sustainable organization for generations to come.
